As we begin a new era as NorthStandard, our collective challenge is to ensure that the new club fulfils its potential. In my role as Group Chief Operating Officer, I will be looking at four dimensions:
- Maximising the organisation’s effectiveness, and our people’s performance and development.
- Working together with our Group Chief Strategy Officer to oversee the identification, planning and execution of key initiatives.
- Ensuring excellence across our key enabling business functions, including people and culture, technology, and data and analytics.
- Ensuring we remain resilient as an organisation with effective supplier management.
Following various leadership roles in global B2B organisations, I joined Standard Club in 2016 to oversee strategy, people, technology, marketing, data & analytics, and supplier management.
