The role of the Head of Americas, UK & Ireland is to oversee and drive forward our external-facing service delivery strategy for the membership we look after. Aligned with NorthStandard’s new operating structure, this is designed to ensure the provision of market leading-service to our members and brokers. Each of our blue-water mutual members has been allocated to one of six Geographical Sectors. Working closely with my senior management team within the Sector, I am responsible for ensuring excellent internal and external engagement. Leading the Americas, UK & Ireland team to meet our collective goals and vision achieved by building a dynamic, inclusive culture with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
